Being regarded as ˇ°suitable for livingˇ±, Meilin Yicun has equipped with favorable climate conditions and geographical position, both hardware and software can provide matchless predominant conditions. Both Shenzhen and Futian district officials are very concerned about the construction and development of the community, under the efforts of related departments and community residents, there will be a  brilliant perspective for the future construction and development of the community. First thing is to make a difference based on the geographical location: Meilin Park is a great place for recreation of the residents. Now phase one of the design have been completed. After phases two and three have been completed, Meilin Park will become one of the most beautiful but also largest parks in Shenzhen. Second topic is that we must focus and put more efforts on continuously improving the living environment level: not only to increase the number of different kinds of plants, but also should we make up the wall and roof of the buildings with green. Further improve and reasonably arrange surrounding restaurants and shopping markets, and provide the residents more convenient and efficient services. Third topic is to organize more and more activities which can improve the taste of living for the residents: for example rebuilding the existing culture plaza, turn it into a modernized multi-function plaza. Another example is to fully utilize the facilities of recreation and sport center and club, to hold more cultural activities that the residents like the most, thus can provide the residents a more comfort and ideal entertainment and workout field. Through these healthy recreation activities, we can continuously improve friendship between neighbors, strengthen cohesion of the community, and improve the overall cultivation of the community residents. |
