Meilin Yicun (or No.1 Meilin Village) residential area is located to the south of Meilin Reservoir, in the city of Shenzhen, and it is surrounded by various mountains and water. Meilin Road, which is the main  artery that connects east and west of Shenzhen, is nearby to the south of Meilin Yicun. Thus Meilin Yicun has got remarkable advantages in geographical position and predominant environment. The community contains 3,840,000 sqm in area, and has a total built-up area of 800,000 sqm, a total of 6840 apartments, and approximately 30,000 residents.
